Refund policy
We accept returns for store credit within two weeks of receiving your order. You will need to pay for shipping back to our office in Tokyo, except in the event of incorrect, defective, or damaged items.

Shipping
Once your order is shipped out, we cannot be held liable. We are not able to offer refunds due to issues such as incorrect addresses or failed deliveries.
Returns & Exchanges
While we are able to accept returns, we are unable to process direct exchanges. We ask that if you would like to make an exchange, please return your order and place a new one.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will process your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
