配送ポリシー

Cordelia Collective ships worldwide, with customs covered for most destinations. In the event that we are unable to cover customs fees, we will email the customer before shipping the order.

Items will be shipped within 3 business days. Shipping is expected to take anywhere from one to two weeks, depending on the destination country. During peak seasons, shipping may take up to three weeks. 

Orders containing Pre-order items:

Please note that orders containing pre-order items will ship when all items are ready for shipment.

Cordelia Collective is responsible for the following instances of delivery issues:

• Packages lost in transit
• Packages sent to the wrong address due to business-side shipping errors
• Packages that arrived damaged

Cordelia Collective does not bear responsibility for, nor compensate for, the following instances:

• Refusal or Inability to receive the package
• Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
  
• Packages returned to sender due to address-related issues
